Delta is a participating member of many national and regional professional associations within the credit and collections industry. Participation in these industry associations promotes Delta’s ability to remain current on federal and state regulations and industry standards. Moreover, Delta attends conferences and industry meetings to remain abreast on emerging trends in the industry.
When there is a change or modification to laws or regulations, Delta immediately receives a notification and takes the appropriate action to communicate the change to our clients, management team and collection associates and to provide any necessary training.
