Michael W. Riordan, founder of Delta, has served more than 30 years in the credit and collection industry. Previously, Vice President of Operations at American Student Assistance, Michael oversaw the collection department. Prior he had been manager of the consumer lending division of Fleet Bank. He is also active in associations on a local and national level.
