Our technological capabilities enhance our ability to collect, manage and track placed accounts. We also offer the same valuable technology to our clients and their collection staff.

Delta Management uses a server, equipped with two hard drives in a mirrored arrangement, providing us with the most up-to-date and reliable means of achieving the recommended storage capacity.

Our collection system can be remotely accessed by our clients via secure dial-in or via a secure internet site to view account history and payments.

Delta maintains on-line links with all major credit bureaus as well as a range of national database search agencies.

 Skip Tracing

In our mobile society, borrowers can be difficult to track. Delta subscribes to the three national credit databases giving us immediate access to confidential credit information. We also utilize:

  • The Department of Motor Vehicles
  • Telegate USA
  • Accurint

 Software

The DAKCS software serves as our collection program. It provides information storage and retrieval capabilities that are beyond the capability of many older, less flexible systems. The system also allows us to add new screens and produce management and quality control reports at any time to answer any question.
